Regulating the usage of water during irrigation

Overview

My invention works for example when the humidity of the soil (plant) is between 0% and 10% the sensor will give a red light with warning voice which means that the plant needs water While if the humidity is greater than 10% till 60% the sensor will give green light without sound this means that it has good amount of water But If the humidity is greater than 60% the sensor will give blue color with a large sound different from the warning sound which means that this plant is full of water and it is fed up Note : the percentage of humidity is shown on a small LCD in addition to the temperature of the soil
