Overview

Installing MDC in vehicles contributes to early detection of fire, as it is characterized by its accuracy in detecting fire inside the vehicle. When the fire starts, the device gives three signals, the first signal for the first start engine to open the gas cylinder to extinguish the fire, the second signal to the second start engine to close the fuel tank, and the third signal for GPS. The MDC device consists of a Fm200 gas cylinder with a size of 7.5 kg to 8.5 kg. The device also consists of two servo motors and also consists of three sensors (heat – smoke – flame) as well as a piece (Gps). Also, the device consists of fire-retardant tubes that are collapsible and are not subject to scratch or break. These parts were distributed in specific parts of the vehicle. Initially, the Fm200 gas cylinder was placed in the center of the vehicle under the passenger seats behind the driver, as this was considered the safest place in the vehicle according to the search for accidents. It was noticed that this place is the least of the places in the vehicle that the impact of the accident reaches. The F200 gas in the cylinder contains many features, including it is effective in controlling the fire as the fire can be completely controlled within 10 seconds. It is considered an environmentally friendly gas that does not harm people as it can be used in closed places and is not conductive to electrical current. The device uses two servo motors, the first is installed at the cylinder opening, the place where the gas exits, so that the drive motor controls the opening and closing of the gas cylinder. The second drive engine is installed directly at the fuel tank at the beginning of the tube that carries (oil) to the engine, which will control the entire tank sealing and spinning so that the fire does not reach the inside of the tank and the explosion occurs. The pipelines will be extended from the Fm200 gas cylinder to three places in the vehicle, the first place is at the vehicle’s engine, which is the most common place for combustion, the second place is the location of passengers, and the third place is at the end of the vehicle in the vehicle’s trunk. At each tube opening, special nozzles will be installed in the second and third places. Connecting the tubes with the air vents (air conditioner) in the vehicle, which are often located directly at the front of the passengers and at the bottom according to the type of the vehicle, which designed these openings to reach air to all parts of the vehicle from the inside. These openings will be used to reach Fm200 gas as well in all parts of the vehicle and is completely extinguished . The sensor panel, which contains the three sensors mentioned above, was also placed in the same three places to sense the fire. The three sensors were all done so that they work automatically and also work together with us in another. The device cannot work on extinguishing if one of the sensors does not respond, for example if there is a temperature and smoke required for the work of the device without the presence of the flame, the device will not work. The flame, smoke and heat must be present in order for the device to work. . Fm200 gas will be pumped until the fire is fully extinguished. A GPS piece was installed in the device, which in turn sends the location of the vehicle to the Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority, and at this current time, rescuers will quickly reach the site of the fire.
